SOS Mobile Marine assumes no responsibility for loss of any type, damage by theft/fire/collision etc. to a vessel or it’s components/equipment while under repair/storage arising from any cause, including but not limited too the negligence of the company.  You hereby release/agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hagan’s Marine for all liability for personal injury/loss of life/illness arising out of any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to the negligence of the company/employees/agents.
